Instead of using diet as a verb with the intention of solely losing weight, let’s use diet as a way to describe the food we are eating. Our health is more than just our diet. About Brittany

Hi again! I’m Brittany, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach and a CrossFit Coach. I am a Michigan native who has moved around the block. After finishing up my undergraduate degree at Ball State University in Indiana, I attended Michigan State University to study school psychology. A few degrees later, I married my college sweetheart and we moved around Michigan and Indiana - a lot. Along the way, I found CrossFit, which has led me to my true love of nutrition. I have worked with a variety of fitness and nutrition coaches throughout the mid-west, all with different approaches and views. A common theme I found was people forming negative relationships with food in an effort to follow the perfect diet. I knew there had to be a better way. I am not here for the “before” and “after” picture. I am here to help mend your relationship with food while fueling your lifestyle, whether you are a weekend warrior at the gym, a parent or grandparent trying to keep up with those wild kids, or a busy young professional. My experience as a psychologist and my knowledge of nutrition can help us reach your goals.
